We are authorized and accredited by the Regional Health Service (SSR) for 60 residential and 12 day care spaces. Our mission is to safeguard and enhance the physical, mental, and relational well-being of our residents.

Villa Canova, a prominent RSA affiliate in Florence, is committed to the care and well-being of the elderly. Our unique value is enhanced through our partnership with the Regional Health Service (SSR), enabling our guests to receive qualified medical care on-site. This eliminates the need for external facilities, ensuring a continuous and constant level of care tailored to the individual needs of our residents. At Villa Canova, the health and safety of our seniors remain our top priorities.

Rates and agreements

  • Rates agreed with the Regional Health Service (SSR):

    Healthcare fee (2025): €59,10/day, covers social and healthcare services, physiotherapy and incontinence material.

  • Private Rates:

    Daily fee: €120/day, includes social-health and hotel services.

  • Additional Individual Services (not included in the membership fee):

    Personal clothing washing: cost based on monthly consumption.

  • Semi-residential service (Day Centre):

    Fee for guests affiliated with ASL and/or Municipality: €65.70/day (health fee €34.20/day, social fee €31.5/day).

  • Agreement with the National Deaf Organization (ENS):

    Agreement with the National Board of the Deaf (ENS): We have an agreement with the National Board of the Deaf (ENS) to facilitate the access of elderly people with hearing problems to care facilities and promote socialization among deaf elderly people.

  • Important note
