What to do to apply
1. Find the entry application in dedicated section
of our site
2. Fill out the application carefully.
3. Send it via email to info@villacanova.com
or deliver it in person to the facility's secretariat.
Once your entry application has been received, you will be placed on the waiting list. When there is availability in the structure, we will contact the contact persons to organize the guest's entry.
Before completing the entry application, it is important to keep the following information in mind:
There are two types of rates for admission to RSA:
• Special rate: reserved for those who have submitted a
request for assessment of non-self-sufficiency at the local UVM e
have obtained an isogravity score greater than or equal to 4. This rate includes food, accommodation, healthcare, flat linen washing, physiotherapy, entertainment and psychologist.
• Private rate:
reserved for people who do not meet the requirements described above or are not yet entitled to the healthcare quota, but who will still have access to the services listed above.
What to do after admission to the facility
When the person is admitted to the facility, it will be necessary to present the following guest documents to the secretariat:
• Photocopy of the identification document.
• Copy of the health card.
• Copy of the civil disability certificate.
• Guest's medical form completed and signed by the attending physician.
• Any recent health documents (hospital discharge letters, tests,
• x-rays, reports dating back to the previous 12 months at most).
• Any exemptions from ticket payment.
